All the participants need to make self-registration. The specific steps are as follows:

1.   Please go click  'REGISTRATION' button to enroll and register.

2.   Create a new account and fill in your personal information to get in the personal center.

3.   Enter the personal center, click 'online registration' on the left side. Please choose the appropriate category and submit your application.

4.    After completing the above steps, you will need to wait for the TTW4 Committee to conduct the qualification review, which normally takes 2-3 days after the application is received.

5.    Official invitation letter for visa use can be found in the personal center when you pass the qualification review (named 'invitation letter' in the left column).

6.     The committee will help reserve rooms in Marco Polo Lingnan Tiandi Foshan. Specific steps can also be found when you pass the qualification review (named 'hotel reservation' in the left column).
